Fold the flop, hes cbetting into 2 players one of which who cold called a 3bet, very strong. But if you think there was a good chance he was on air/overs on the flop, you probably should call the turn as there are tons of AK, AQ hands with a heart that are semibluffing the turn (though they have a lot of equity).
