Default I\'ve read \"The Poker Dealer\'s Handbook.\" Is there a video supplement?

Not necessarily an official one, but any supplement at all that shows all of the mechanical skills to dealing? I'm having trouble actually becoming good enough to deal by only reading. I'm quite sure I need to see it done.

I've never seen one. You might try watching the dealers at a casino.

There is a DVD series by Rich Ferguson that shows various shuffles, etc. Don't know if that would help.

I found this short clip on cutting chips:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_mo1jCOEdo

There is a reference to an online poker dealer training site in the clip, but it is expensive.
