Here is my current nemisis, help me anyalze his play, please

This guy or gal seems to always have my number, if they don't outflop me, they outdraw me. I would like some feedback to make sure that I don't have selective memory. I only have about 1,100 hands against him/her so maybe that sample size is too small.

Also please take a look at my numbers again. I was even for a while and took a turn for the worse.
