I would just open fold this PF if I don't have reads on BB that he's playing very tight and then I would raise, not limp.

What's with the check/minraise on the flop. I think you should fold at least to a 3bet on the flop.. Even though it's just a min3bet I don't think you are much ahead of anything and you are playing OOP.

He has shown a lot of strength on every street so I don't know what do we beat here on the river. Pure bluff and probably K's or Q's with a diamond but I think he would take a free showdown with those hands.
