worst body part to lose?

suppose you had to lose a body part in order to continue living, what would be the worst part to lose? anything that comes in twos (hands, eyes etc.) you would have to lose both.
Is there any part you would rather die than lose?

3) Gall Bladder
4) Spleen
5) Colon

edit -- These would be the best options

Worst would be eyes.

Penis, eyes, and legs would all be ridiculously bad. If I lost any of those, I might not want to live any more. Arms and ears would follow closely behind as being awful but possibly tolerable at some point.
