ready for nl100? what do you guys think
brief history: been playing for 3 years.... during first year played as high as 5/10 was a 1/2 and 2/4 regular at pokerroom, had a sick downswing at 2/4 and quit cash for 1 year while i built a role up mtting. I've recently decided to start playing cash again because I feel I have patched all the holes up in my game that caused me to have that awful downswing at 2/4. I play a very LAG game, so my varience is really high. I've managed to run at 6ptbb for my last 80k hands at nl50. This includes two monster downswings of 20 bi and 14 bi.... but im still up nearly 100 bi despite that. I have logged maybe 3-4k hands at nl100 at break even, I find the game much tougher but I know i can beat it. Obviously my bankroll is not a problem, but would you just jump right into 6tabling 100nl, or would you play half and half? or maybe even 2 nl100 4nl50 (i play 6-9 tables at nl50 usually) sometimes even 4 if I feel like I need to work on parts of my game. I was just wondering what your experiences/successes were moving from 50nl to 100nl. I know I play way overrolled and am pretty nitty, but a 30 bi downswing at 2/4 teaches you the importance of not playing underrolled. Any input would be appreciated

Re: ready for nl100? what do you guys think
well obv I am going to have to tighten up a bit it seems at nl100 b/c the nl100 game at stars plays much different than the nl50 game, also, i have no stats for people at nl100 whereas i have 120k hands at nl50 and another 60k at nl25, so it makes my life a lot easier against the regs....... still looking for thoughts of those who shift between 50nl and 100nl, esp at stars.
