your line is confusing, which really doesn't favor bluffs.

that said, he folds all the hands he was stabbing with and you have good equity vs his calling range. its probably -EV if his turn bet is TP+ but not by too much. if nothing else just suckout and call it an image play.

if he has 9 8 for two pair, you lose a couple outs if you hit a flush. I personally wouldn't call 70 more with K high

flop check is fine. vs. this guy, i think that you'll get cred AI alot. alternately, its sometimes nice to check this flop with stuff like KK or whatever.

turn play is fine as well.
