Interesting Fat Burning Stack
Saw this on t-nation...anybody have any input on this stack and if he means taking them all together or at seperate times?

im not sure, but i imagine that something exotic like this might help someone get from 8% to 4% pre contest, but is almost certainly more than anyone here would need...i like his articles/threads a lot, much different than most t-nation authors...

just read through some of that thread again....
"The kelp, selenium and tyrosine are taken prior to every meal. " i think its 3 servings of 500mg...the hrx is before workout... |

I would think it would be tougher getting from 8% to 4% than for someone going from 20% to say 15%....
I was only seeing what people said b/c they seem like pretty cheap things to buy. (other than the hrx) |

It appears for a quality bottle of each is about 5 bucks each...I may give them all a try along with the hrx and do a trip report on it. |

5'10 around 210...dont know on the fat% I havent had it test in years...my goal is about another 30lbs loss by the end of the year.

CT does some great stuff....
But does anyone else wonder why he was so excited that Kelp can cause hyperthyroidism (which can be serious and can be a bad thing)?.... I just think he could have phrased that better/mentioned safety in dosage etc. |
