QQ on coordinated board vs. TAG in 3bet pot

Villain is pretty TAGgy (16/12 stats). In a 3bet pot this seems like a standard call, but one I never feel too good making. Thoughts?

UTG checks, Hero bets $74, UTG raises to $363, Hero calls $276 (All-In).

i would expect him to have AA/KK here a lot

I think if you're betting this flop you have to call the shove with QQ, not a great spot against a guy with those stats though...

I think against a 16/12 UTG raiser who calls your 3 bet, a check here on this flop isn't that bad unless you have a very aggro image.

You can also gain the same type of information on the turn as he probably isn't going to be betting AK type hands on blank turns. If he comes out betting the turn its probably a fold in a vacuum but I think I'd have to call and see river.

Fold to river bet.

Seems really weak but I don't see anything else this type of nitty player could have. For the one time he goes crazy with AK, there are 84 times he has you beat.

Id say bet / fold that flop for reasons mentioned above.
