betting the river is giving money away. I would usually raise preflop, bet the flop, but outside of that would play the flop/turn the same.

Don't like the river bet--it's too unlikely villain was on a draw. He has an A here like all of the time.

Also don't like the flop c/r 3-bet. Yoou have like NO chance of winning the pot uncontested here and you want to keep villain #2 in with such a strong draw sans overcards, not knock him out. If it was 8d9d4c, I like the flop 3-bet to clean up some outs, and wouldn't hate the river bet either because he might lay down some hands.

raise preflop for sure

as played, i think id actually cold/call the flop, while we certainly have an edge, 3-betting dosent really accomplish too much other than facing one guy with 2 cold when we have a huge draw with no showdown value, no fold equity, and nothing to really clean up

against most people you can probly give up on the river

For the record, I like LEADING this flop much more than check/3-bet. You may get a call/raise, and you can then get two bets in on the flop with position equity (don't 3-bet obv).

Preflop, either way is fine IMO.

Yeah, bet/call this flop. I don't like the three-bet because CO is telling you he has a weak ace and he's not folding. Just keep the BB around, hope to hit your strong draw, and then bet for value.

The only exception to this would be if BB is the kind of player that will always call 2 more once he's called the first bet, in which case we can pump this pot for value. Without any read on BB, though, I agree that bet/call is best.

co raising you on the flop is generally the A-rag it looks like. i could check the turn and see if i cant get him to foolishly give a free card. works pretty well at 20-40 where they are so confused and scared. your river bet has no value, give up and save some money.

Yeah I think check/lots of bets or bet/lots of bets followed by a turn check when you miss is okay at these levels because they are putting no effort into hand reading at all and will gladly give you a free card very often and they won't mind paying you off at all on your river donk when you get there.

id b/c flop, and either c/c turn or c/r turn

if you c/c turn, just c/f river
if you c/r turn, you have enough OOMPH
to fire another barrel on the river UI

if you raised preflop you could also take a line like

b/3bet flop, bet turn, c/r river UI

all this depends on your opponents tendencies though
