Default Anyone play O8 at the Mirage lately?

Does that game go regularly? Is it any good?

Can I find a low-to-mid limit Omaha Hi-Lo game anywhere else in Las Vegas?

I use to play it and absolute despise it. 5/10 full kill nit fest is what it used to be. As of a 6 months or so ago at least and Omaha games dont really change much.

Click here has a list of the regular omaha games spread in town.

Everybody says this game's a nit-fest, but the last time I played it the game was loose and very passive. This was a couple months ago, but I doubt things have changed very much.

FWIW, people say the same thing about 10/20 hold 'em at the Mirage, but I don't find that to be the case either.

You're confusing NIT with the latest incarnation of nit on 2+2. Nit does not mean tight/rockfest. It means nitpicking miserable game. Every time I played it or would be playing a game near it, the floor is called every 10 minutes with people litterally standing up out of their chairs screaming at each other about what hands they have and how they have no business playing this game, (5/10 mind you) and yada yada it made me want to just shoot them all.

I saw it around Xmas - It didn't look too loose, but the worst was that it was full of old guys, most of them overweight, and they had 10 players squeezed around the same sized tables where they put only 9 holdem players.

Well, I really only like to play Omaha for a fun break from hold'em (I'm certainly not good at it)...so I guess this isn't the game for me, then?

Are there any other O8 games on the Strip that are halfway decent? I'm familiar with the AVP list, but last time I was there I found zero Omaha games running at the Bellagio and Wynn. Was it just a bad weekend? Are those games usually any good? I'm pretty much willing to play anything up to 10-20...
