you're giving pretty good odds on the flop 3bet to gutshot+pair hands, which i think make up a good bit of his range. if you bet any more though you're leaving a tiny stack for the turn push, so maybe just push flop? i think he'll still find calls with a bunch of worse hands.

flop reraise is bad. you don't have good equity against nearly any of his hands, your making the hand harder to play on the turn and your increasing the pot size when this board could get difficult.

keep the pot small. see what the turn brings and see what his action is.
