Default How do I find out about the structure of PT databases?

OK, so I've learned a bit about making basic queries now, generally speaking. But how do I apply that knowledge to PT? Is there any easy way to find out what tables and attributes and stuff there are in a PT database?

you can view the structure of your postgres datebasetables with \bin\pgAdmin3.exe and also run queries etc.
