Default The Waden by Anthony Trollope (book)

Set in the 1850s. Perhaps you can help me with a couple of questions?

Is it a religious novel?

What can we infer from Dr Grantly's reading of Rabelais?

Thanks,
Pete

There's no harm in asking. This is the place to talk books, right?

Sort of. We usually like a little more meat in the original post, especially from new accounts. With regulars, who we know will be developing discussion, we're a little more forgiving on starting threads lightly.

I'll let this go for now, but please put more effort into starting future threads, so they contain some of your thoughts.
