Are you going? What events are you gonna play? What is there to do in Tulsa?

I plan on playing every event besides 100 + 20 stud with exceptions for 6pm tournaments when (and if) I go deep in the 11 am ones. I guess the over/under on sleeping through events is probably 2.5. So whos going?

I will be there the first weekend. Playing in both night events and will be playing the side games all day. If enough 2+2ers are interested, we should do a meetup.

I can't play for a couple more years but I live in Tulsa and I'd be superstoked for a 2p2 meetup. Someone send me a PM if this happens, I probably won't read this thread again. I'd be more than happy to try to figure out a decent venue for this. There's a few sushi places etc around. Just let me know.

I am very interested in this. I love the omahahaha. What stakes are you gonna play and/or they spread. Ill be the drunk gettin in as much as possible with 60/40's.

PLO is a dream during this thing... I have played and could reserve the right to play depending on my level of gamboooooool 1/2, 2/5, 5/10, 5/10/25,... The 1/2 and the 2/5 pretty much play exactly the same as it is usually a $5 bring-in in the 1/2 game... All the games tend to play pretty deep with an average stack of like 200-300 BBs... the 5/10/25 is by far the best game in the house if you have the stomach for it... sick sick game...

Absolutely true. Last Scotty Nguyen, there were stacks at the 5/10/25 PLO table that people were struggling to see over. Terrifying.

The $5000 buy-in main event will be televised on COX Cable in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas according to Scotty Nguyen himself.

My latest client, Dutch and Cantonese-Chinese speaking player Steve Wong (2nd place at WPT Festa al Lago Season 4), will be in the field.
