Default Searching for an online poker coach

I am a beginner/intermediate player looking to improve my game a lot. I am interested in trying to find someone who would be willing to take me under their wing; watch and critique my play basically like a mentoring program. I play at Pokerstars.

my mtt results are - 299/1690, 680/2003, 104/2886, 78/1668, and 380/1530, 5/2309

My sharkscope stats:

MaestroJay 185 $0 $2 24% $77

I am predominantly a NLHE MTT and SNG player. So I would like to work on that first, then if a good student-teacher relationship is formed I would love to try and learn all the other games.

I know the chances of this succeeding are slim, but if there is someone out there willing to lend a hand in improving my game and allowing me the chance to have a br that I can start to seriously play poker I would love the opportunity.

All the details I would of course have to work out with the teacher. However if this sounds like something you would be interested in doing please feel free to contact me. Either over instant message or by replying to me. Thank you for your time and hopefully something can come out of this.

You can get a lot of effective coaching from participating in session reviews as offered in the various forums. Lots of pluses to that. Check it out.

I wouldnt waste money on getting coaching just yet. your better off posting/reading in the tournament forum and as Bona says get involved in session reviews. At least that's free.

Card Runner subscription might be worth considering. It is sort of like coaching as you get to see how top players play and reason.
