I thought about raising on the turn but then i realised that he will only call me with better hand.

You turned trips, not a set.. anyways, done being critical.

I like either a bet on the river, or a raise on the river.. Any overpair, or QJ (semi-bluffing) is one of his likely hands (betting both flop and turn) and it just got there, I don't think he has the case T, or a set - and if he does, its bad luck. If his total aggression factor is over like 1.75 I raise this river, he'll call with much less.

Seems like you're losing value, I probably bet the river for 22-27. Since he's 20/10 he's only raising big pairs out of the BB which he probably won't be able to fold.

I'd bet river, about 25ish. Being raised will suck. A 20/10 fortunately will likely not raise worse hands, even AA.

I'm raising that preflop, even over the limper, then leading almost any flop. That's certainly a different way to play it.

Also I'd consider folding that river unless he's like 20/10/6
