Default Which retailer has the best return policy?

I need a humongous TV to watch the Kentucky Derby this Saturday. My plan is to purchase something in the $3k+ range, and immediately return it.

Here is the choice of retailers I have to use. Who should I choose?

My gut feeling is that Circuit City, CompUSA, and Target are the least likely to accept my returns. I probably won't be able to get as nice a TV at Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart is known for their return policy, but I did see them giving some guy crap about returning stuff last time I was there because he returned 3 things in the past year.

I'm leaning towards Best Buy with Fry's in a close second. When I had Carpal Tunnel, I literally bought over 20 input devices from Fry's and returned them by honestly just telling them I wanted to try out a lot of things and only keep what I liked.

So I don't seem like a total douche-freeloader, I'd like to say that I'm willing to rent a TV if someone can tell me how that's possible in Austin, TX for less than $100 / day.

I didn't know Costco was so good. There is a Costco near me now, and I've been thinking about joining. It looks like the main thing they changed a few months ago was limiting the return of TV's to 90 days. People were keeping a TV for 2 years, and then returning them for a new one!

Rhett,

If you search for an OOT Costco Return Policy thread, I think it got a fair number of replies. I think I started it but I may have just replied a lot.

This is pretty douchey. That being said, Wal Mart and Best Buy should allow you to do this, with Wal Mart being easier. I returned a night guard there that was in my mouth.
