Default Stars = new Neteller

I'm in NY state. I've been waiting for a check for nearly one month. Stars is essentially holding my money captive, not providing updates, not answering my e-mails and not responding to the many negative threads that have been generated on 2+2 (sound familiar?).

This seems incredibly odd because Stars has always been regarded as the most trusted sight with the best support.

What gives Stars.......Where my money at?

I am having the same problem, it is really quite irratating. I still trust stars, because they have always been professional. However, I have 1/2 my BR in limbo, and they are indeed not replying to emails about this (probably because they are still trying to figure out a solution).

I suggest when you email, but URGENT!!! in the subject line, worked for me

i have sent 5 emails, but i haven't tried this yet. u said they recredited ur account with no fee right? that' s what i'm hoping for. i want to be back in action so bad. but i don't want to do anything till this gets cleared up.

yes, I got the initial email friday. replied right back stating to credit my account, didnt hear back from them. On Sat I sent another email (this time with URGENT in the subj line) stating the same thing, received an email stating that it was forwarded to the proper dept and will hear back from them Mon. My account was credited Mon AM.
