Starting a betting site

Hello again!
I got myself all excited watching Sebok and Smith on Vegasraw.com doing all their retard probets and was thinking. Hey! Wouldnt that be a cool site to set up!

Just thought we could brainstorm a little around a Prop-bet-site. Obviously the largest mountain to climbe would be a safe/secure way of setting up the bets so that both parts of the Bet feel that a fair judgement has been made.

I have NO idea of how to accomplish this, i just like the idea!

I know there are sites that do "online-gaming-bets" where you can bet a friend that youll win in Command & Comquer, but there you have data to judge.

The first thing i think about "judgement wise" is Video/pics or a third party judge. Still it doesent seem god enough.
