Default NL100 - flush draw + gutshot, being lead into on turn

Hey guys, I'm a 25/50NL 6 max regular but have been taking shots at 100NL in past two days.
Villain is reasonably solid, has 2+ buyin stacks on 2 of my tables and running at about 21/12 over 200 hands. I have been experimenting with 3 betting in position lately, and had already done so successfully against villain a few times.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($307.80)
UTG ($244.15)
MP ($102.50)
CO ($138.05)
Hero ($101.50)
SB ($95.40)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $4</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $12</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG calls $8.

Flop: ($25.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $16</font>, UTG calls $16.

Turn: ($57.50) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $20</font>

Here's where I'm lost on what to do. I'm almost certain cold calling isn't the best option, and am torn between shoving or giving up. I have around $75 at the turn, do I have enough fold equity if I shove?
Comments on all streets would be great
