Default AJ in MP with a calling station limper

Limper is a standard 4.40 donk but more of a calling station than most, has lucked his way up in chips. I've been my standard tight aggro not playing much. Whats the play? I feel like raising is good here.

If the limper is a standard $4/180 donk then his range is huge. I would raise it up to 400.

Ok so lets say I raise to 400, he calls. It comes down 4c 6d 7d, he thinks and then pushes allin. Standard fold or am I an idiot?

Fold is good here. I'm not sure if I like just calling behind him or raising PF better. The problem with raising is that it leaves awkward stack sizes.

However, if he had checked to you on that flop, I'd probably just shove it in.

Edit: Now that I think more about this hand, I like a limp behind PF because if someone comes over the top behind you, you have to fold. If you were maybe one or two seats later then I'd say raise.
