Default Beat: Crim Exam: Poker => Debt => Crime

Looking at last year's final exam to practice for this year's. When I started reading the fact pattern I was praying it would end with him eating [censored] and stabbing a dude, but sadly it turns out the poker is in there for absolutely no reason, which is also funny I guess; although I suppose I appreciate pointing out that "he was not very good at it". (there's no mention of it after the first paragraph, but I put in the whole question in case you're curious).

P.S.
Here's the Canadian Criminal Code, if you're feeling adventurous.

Remember to point out in your answer that The Unlimited Texas Hold Them rewards Robert's bold and aggressive play.

Click a mouse >>> Steal art, kidnap a dog, and starve a child......and lose your house.

This is too funny.... i've got my crim final coming up in a week, and instead of studying I'm reading about you studying on the poker forums.

Although, when I read about that wife who stabbed/shot her husband to death in Vegas I thought it would make a good fact pattern for a crim final.

Your crim exam fact pattern looks like it was written by a fifth grader.
