AHK problems, FT Lobby, FT Buddies

#1 they both LAG LIKE A [censored]. Especially Ft lobby. Any reason for this?

Fulltilt buddies I stopped using becuase when I load buddies randomly after a time or two when I use it once buddies have already been loaded, it loses all the names. It has the dates for all of them still, but none of the names show up and it just loses them.

Does anyone know why Fulltilt Lobby might lag so badly?

Comp specs are

P4 3.0
Nub intel mobo
1024 RAM
120GB HD
Good cable connection (it could be ft lobby lagging to talk to the client i guess?)
