first of all, i cant believe he limped the button with 99. Aside from that, raise more preflop. You're OOP and should want to make the villain pay to draw against a hand like JJ. If you're going to raise, raise more on the flop, a misraise is terrible on a board that wet. I wouldn't raise that turn, but if I did, i would fold to his mini-ish 3 bet. You're blocking bet on the river is also very gay unless you're planning on folding to a raise, which i don't think you are.

Overall, you played the hand bad and won haha.

This hand is a huge mess. In general, minraises are a really bad idea. Your bets are generally too small., and the blocking bet on the river is really bad. As played, I would push the river.
