I'm playing short since I'm only rolled for the 50 level but UB almost never has any games about the 25 level running.. Also when I sat down all three people had 50 or less, but villain stacked both of them and here I am heads up with him (and I forgot to rebuy to 50!). Obviously I don't really know anything about this guy. I assume people at this game suck until proven otherwise [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

My main question is the flop. vs. an unknown and given I am short is my hand strong enough here to push? I made the decision to do so because I felt my flush draw was probably better than his, as a lot of low draws got counterfeited. So I could possibly get a free shot at high. MIght be a no-brainer, let me know!

Edited to say: Unless you know said villain to be a fish,
I generally don't think it is a good strategy to play
heads up against an unknown (although it is great against
a weak player)

Pushing here is correct.

You've got top pair and a decent low with outs to make top two pair, the pot is HU, and you're short stacked. If you're not willing to get your short stack in here, you're going to get ante'd to death.

figured, i did shove... scooped when he had A2J9ds.. that's right i was already basically freerolling for high. I love these guys.
