Default 200NL baby flush facing river raise

Villain is 23/8/3.7 over 800 hands, seems decent. No history of playing big pots with him
I think I butchered this hand. What's the best line here on all streets? Should I checkcall river?

After such a weak river bet, I can't see folding when he raises.

I call here, and fully expect to see MP1 turn over QJo with maybe one diamond.

Well ok if I call I'm surely expecting to be losing more than I'm winning.

I call, but I would consider check-calling river as well. Limped pot, and it's not like the flush is hidden.
