Am I getting the right implied odds to call

I origianally decided to play this hand because there was a raise and a caller. I then called on the turn because I felt that there enough implied odds. Did I play the hand poorly?

yeah, you're even almost (not quite) getting the right pot odds.
Edit: the important thing is that BB's stack is almost guaranteed to be going in on the river.

I probably would have donked into the flop, like 1/2 pot or so. That way you build a pot for if you do hit. You even have a little bit of fold equity (Q high flop helps this).
