Default 1000NL Hand reading vs. G-P

So yea, i know a bunch about him from here, but ive only played a few hands with him a long time ago.

I have no idea what he thinks about me as i don't think i started spewing like a retard til later in my session.

WTF can he have? I know what hes repping but what can i call with?

Lets talk ranges people!

FWIW, i've been pretty aggro at this table, and i've won most of the smallish pots between us thus far so he might be getting fed up.

He has 9T or a straight, maybe a set. I'd call with set or better.

does he really call 89 or 45 OOP from the blinds? Set seems most likely, I guess. I dunno wtf to do here - note, I haven't played 5/10 in a couple months

Can someone explain under what circumstances and what opponents you would make more money waiting until the river to raise a great hand? If I had a set or straight on the turn, I would raise on the turn, because I wouldn't want the river to pair or 4-straighten. I'm trying to map out the EV 'tree' where slow-playing works better.

54 seems farfetched for him to call oop. 89/maybe 9T or set.
