Default NL25 QQ: allin on flop with whole stack?

No read on villian. I've put him on an overpair, but not KK or AA, because of his preflop call. And I doubt he would raise me on a flop with a set. I've made too small raise on flop, but I doubt I would fold even he moved allin straight away.

We hafta realize that he put in a raise after a donk bet and your raise on a DRY board. While he could certainly be on 99-JJ, I think his most likely holdings are 78s or a set.

I was wondering what would be a reason to fold here, since 78s is the only reasonble hand the villian could have.

But that kinda play would be very unlikely on this stakes, since he is in MP and I am in UTG.

Villain could easily have a flopped set as well.

Yes that is also possible.

But. Since the board is not scary, I think the best play is to only call or raise once, not going allin with a set here.

Yeah I would just call his RR on the flop and reeval the turn. You are likely behind, nice catch!

no reads, I think I might fold or shove the flop (depends how I feel at the moment, image other random stuff). Issue is with just calling, what kind of turn could you want to catch? other than hte one you caught that is. I think there is about no chance you get to showdown cheap, so I would make my decsion now.
