It has been a long time since I've played a game where I can value raise a small pair preflop.

Turn is fine. River is stupid. Check-call and hope to chop.

Check PF. Bet the flop. I would probably check the turn. Same with the river. I wouldn't call two on the river though, just one.

I would normally just check preflop especially from a blind, but with 8 way action, I think the raise is fine. I play the flop/turn the same, but I don't like the river. I think the only way you get raised is by a hand that beats you whether it's a slowplayed 76 or a flush, so I don't like calling a raise. If UTG+1 is betting his wheel on the turn, I don't think he's raising the river with that unless he happens to have A7. And since you can never get called by a worse hand on the river and will never get a fold from a better hand and probably about never get a fold from any hand, I'd just check/call.
