AK fold

CO is a standard tag. We dont have any history although I have been raising a lot the past few orbits if he noticed.
Should I be going broke with AK on such a flop?
A friend told me it might be better to check this flop, does that work?

would checking be with the intention of check raising all in or pot control and folding to multiple bets?

probably the latter because our hand is meh given this board.

though i typically just bet/call here. there are plenty of draws that he can be shoving with here.
