Pretty standard hand, just wondering if i should be betting so strong with this hand.

Its fine. Though I would raise a little less.
In this levels flush or str draw will usually chase regardless of your bet. |

I like it, but would raise to $2 on the flop (about pot sized). Sometimes they just have nothing (or close to it).
