Party Music Suggestions
First time poster in OOT, couldnt find a good music thread so here goes. I am looking for your favorite tunes that you love to throw on during a house party, which can be anything from belt em out drunk-a-longs to dance music to hip hop or whatever. I had a hard drive crash and lost most of my music except for what I have redownloaded so I am looking to expand my tastes a bit. I'd love to hear what you are your go to songs, but here are a few of my favorites and a few of the local favorites (in no particular order leaving out obscure hip hop):
Rick Springfield- Jessie's Girl Eddie Money- Take Me Home Tonight Steppenwolf- Magic Carpet Ride Notorious BIG- Hypnotize Notorious BIG- Mo Money Mo Problems Notorious BIG- Juicy Wycleff Jean- Stayin Alive (remix) Steve Miller Band- The Joker Def Lepard- Pour Some Sugar on Me Lynard Skinnard- Sweet Home Alabama Steve Miller Band- Jungle Love Queen- Another One Bites the Dust |

Re: Party Music Suggestions
the new Teddybears cd "Soft Machine" is decent as far as party music goes IMO, a bit different from what you have on there. I'm not sure how you'd find a transition from Eddie Money to Notorious BIG... better serve a lot of alcohol.

Warren G - Regulate on loop for six hours. [/ QUOTE ] good one. Honestly, you are best off just finding a party mix on some website and take a bunch of upbeat songs people can sing along/dance to. The best party music are songs that everyone knows anyway. |
