Default Q on Moving Up and Cashing Out

So I moved down to .10/.25 after I withdrew almost all of my bankroll. I played 26,000 hands and have a 8.30 / 100 BB win rate. I now have a small bankroll but I am grinding it up, but heres the real question, one which I don't know and can't find the answer to:

1: ok, so 30x buyin is a good bankroll for limit your playing at. What about withdrawing money? Do I wait until I have 30x buyins at the next level, withdraw back to start and repeat?
(i.e. have 750 for 25 NL, grind up to 1500, withdrawll to 750. Get back to 1500 and move to $50 nl?)

Is this an appropriate strategy? I read the articles on bankroll management at taking shots at higher limits, but I will not do that without the proper bankroll, because if I dont discipline myself like that, I will get carried away.

* I want to keep moving up, but continue to take out money, both of which work against eachother. How do I do it?
