Default Trying to get pokeroffice working

I just downloaded it and started a game on stars and then clicked on start tracker with stars selected but nothing happened. The tournament lobby flashed up as if something was goping to hapopen, but then the table came back up and it had no stats overlayed. Any ideas? I have windows 2000 btw. The game I was playing was a 10 seater turbo STT, because I just wanted to try the software out.

Also, when I finished the game, and closed pokeroffice a small pop-up came up which said pokerstars has performed an error and will be closed.

Does the same thing happen if you try Live Tracker - Live Tracker auto detection mode? Did you see any icons on the table overlay, but no stats? or didn't you get anything at all? I take it you weren't playing fun money.

It was a $3.40 game I think. There was no change to the stars game at all. It just looked like normal. I tried auto detection mode as well but nothing happened. I'm assuming that it works for stars 10 seater STTs.

I've just tried again and have got the overlay now, but no stats up yet. But player actions and mucked cards are coming up, but all the white bars are blank at the moment. I'll see if I can figure it out.

Did you change anything, or did things just work out anyways?

Yes, what happenened was, when I couldn't see any stats at all I didn't realise the stats boxes had white backgrounds, so while I was messing around trying to get it to work, I changed the text to white which explains why when the stats boxes starting showing they were empty!!! But first of all the reason it hadn't been working was because I didn't have show everything ticked for the player chat box, I think you need this option chosen because this is where the program reads all the player actions from.

And also pokeroffice closed fine this time without a message telling me stars needed to close coming up.

Anyway, after all that messing about, the program itself looks really good and it's really useful that at the top of the game screen it says which stats you currently have showing on the overlay so if you change them or add more this is a big help. So I think I'll probably buy it.

When I tried pokertracker, the problem was it didn't like my screen resolution and I had to keep dragging the stats one by one to where I wanted them and because i don't have a big monitor, if I changed the resolution it would be very hard to see.
