How long it takes varies from site to site. In my experience, all the biggies (Ultimate Bet, Full Tilt, Pokerstars) are prompt. And honestly, even the smaller sites have been prompt, as far as I'm concerned. For example, if you request an epassporte payout from UB in the morning, it will often be in your epassporte account by the evening.
