Cookie not working proper since rollback?

Howdy,

It used to be, for me anyway, that the unread post count

would only update when I read a thread. But now, since Monday when we went back to UBB6, it updates every time I leave and enter a forum. That is, if the unread posts appears as above for a thread in, say, B&M, then I go read somthing in SSNL, then I return to B&M, it now reads

13(1)

even though I haven't read any of the 8 "unread" posts.

I am using the exact same computer/browser/preferences/setup as before. Is this happening for anyone else?
