if you are going to 3bet that flop 100bb i think you have to be ready to shove, i'd probably just call the c/r.

As played i think you have to shove given odds

I actually pushed, I agree I had to given the way I played. Maybe I should ask: Should I 3-bet this flop against this oppponent? The reason I did is I always make a cont bet so he could easily "not believe" me.

no I wouldn't 3-bet the flop. You are getting good odds to draw and if he has an AT type hand why let him get away from it by 3-betting?
