Tekee, since you are connected to Greg and Todd please tell them to work on the host casino customer service. I left a message twice for Shelly on her email at Shooting Star to change my qualifying round. No calls returned. I later got a holdof some guy who said he'd take care of it, but I didn't trust them at this point. So I called Greg.

That's the big problem with the HPT--they use podunk Indian casinos that don't give a crap about customer service.

Just my opinion.
