do you call this preflop/plo 100
blinds are .50/1.00...me and villian have full stacks. 2 limpers call and bttn raises to 5.50. Hero is the sb with K/A spades and 9/Q clubs. do you call this oop preflop...i think it's close or maybe im wrong. I had the bb and both limpers to act after me so that played into my decision as well.

Re: do you call this preflop/plo 100
I think pretty much everyone is calling that. There are definitely some tables and opponents against whom this is a money maker hand.
However, there are some opponents and situations against whom you aren't going to make any money off them with this hand. And if the table is doing a lot of limp re-reraising you could throw this one away quite easily. |

Re: do you call this preflop/plo 100
It depends. If button is a TAG and he raises here only aces or maybe kings a fold is maybe better. If one of the 2 callers is tricky and often limp reraises, I can find a fold too.
If the button is a weak LAG, the limpers weak and you know they never will call here a reraise, maybe reraise is a choice also. So if it is a normal game and it is most likley, that the callers will call here the raise and button can make this raise either with AAxx or also with T987ds or 9988 you have a good hand for a raised multi way pot, even OOP. So call and see the flop. |

I would call with AsKsQc9c. Excellent hand multiway.

I would call with AsKsQc9c. Excellent hand multiway. [/ QUOTE ] Not against AAxx or KKxx or QQxx: http://www.propokertools.com/simulator/s...amp;h4=&h5= What happens if one of the limpers reraises? What you gonna do then besides just have wasted $5? Plus, in many situations you'll make very little on your good flops and put yourself in a situation to lose a lot on the flops you are dominated. Unless you flop the nuts or get a nice flop/turn betting combo, you won't know where you're at. |

Re: do you call this preflop/plo 100
LOL, typical bad player advice.
"But I might be against AA or KK!" Jesus Christ, you have a premium hand, it really doesn't matter if someone does have AA or KK here especially since it's likely going to be 4 way on the flop. You seriously need to stop posting if you think AKQ9 double suited is a bad hand, and that opponents must always have AA or KK when they raise from the button. Your hand gains value the more players are in the pot, and I would happily shove all in preflop 4 ways with this. |

Re: do you call this preflop/plo 100
Does anyone repop here with this hand assuming button raises a normal percentage (w/e that percentage is I don't know). Maybe someone could talk about what kind of hands to repop and what hands not to. Surely it can't be good only repopping w/ AAxx..

Re: do you call this preflop/plo 100
I think button raises a LOT of hands here, especially at .5/1
Calling feels best, your hand goes up in value the more players, plus when it's 4 handed or greater, people are less likely to bluff, which helps the players out of position. |

Re: do you call this preflop/plo 100
I am pretty tight from the blinds and I call that without hesitation.
