I don't like it even with the overcard draw. You aren't getting great odds here, and I really don't like calling when theres a better draw out (flush). You could potentially hit your straight and lose to a made flush, such as could of happened on this river, so I like to avoid the situation.

Hi JohnOwner:

First, unless the small blind is a calling station and you can value bet him for all his chips if you catch any piece of the flop, strongly consider raising him all-in pre-flop. You have a significantly above-average hand for heads-up, he has shown no strength by just calling, and the t200 on the table represents a lot of equity when you have only t1200. A mid-ace can also be a difficult hand to play post flop if you catch a piece of it and he begins betting big.

I will often raise the flop or turn here depending on the opponent, since it gives you fold equity (chips made by the possibility of your opponent folding immediately). Tiny bets often indicate weakness, and raising to 250 or so now may protect your ace-high from a random pair made by Villain on the turn or river if he has nothing.

I also like a larger river bet against most opponents. This is because if he reraises your 300 then you must call. This is because you have a very strong hand heads-up and are getting over 3:1 pot odds against an allin reraise. [The pot is 600 (already in there) + 300 (your bet) + 800 (his bet putting you all-in) = 1700, and it costs you 500 to call, so you are getting 17:5]

But suppose you bet in the 600-700 range. If he has nothing, he will fold just as he would to a 300 bet. If he has the flush, he will bust you, just as he would when reraising your smaller bet. But if he has any small piece, with his big stack he will usually call the 600-700 bet if he is willing to call the 300 bet.

Lastly, please allow me to suggest one way to improve your results. Through either software or manual reading, be aware of and take into account at least your rightmost and two leftmosts opponents' basic playing styles by the time you have reached 25-50.
