Default $114 AK with action

I've seeen the first pusher push AT UTG for 20bbs. The limper is 31/12/4.

Hero (t2362)
MP1 (t1365)
CO (t1325)
Button (t1650)
SB (t4225)
BB (t1133)

Preflop: Hero is in UTG+1 with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG calls t50, <font color="red">Hero raises to t200</font>, <font color="gray">MP1 folds</font>, <font color="gray">CO folds</font>, <font color="gray">Button folds</font>, <font color="gray">SB folds</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to t1133 (All-in)</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to t1440 (All-in)</font>, Hero ...

well we have to put these guys on a range of hands...By what you are saying I think pushing and folding are both close decisions and I advise pushing. The only reason I feel strongly about pushing is due to the potential strength you might have over the first pusher. I really do believe that you are flipping against UTG limper. This hand really comes down to how strong you are against the first pusher.

I would probably fold here, but I'm not really sure what to think of that limper. Do you think its KK+ trying to get raised or just some donk limping trash like A10/AJ and thinking its the nuts?

The limper is 31/12/4.

Could someone explain what that means?

they are statistics displayed by a stat display program (PA hud---see FAQ for detais) that display your poker tracker statistics (its a poker db for yourself, again, check FAQ).

DD,

I dont know how bad unknowns are at 114s on stars but it looks like a call with reads and bc shillx said it too.

The UTG limp re-reraise seems like a big hand. I don't like a call. Can Shillx or someone explain?

Dont be so afraid of the limper. A "big hand" here would be AA or KK and hero has AK so its silly to put him on those. Like I said in my first post, hero is likely even with limper as limper prolly has something like 77-QQ. Its the BB that adds so much value to putting heros chips in the middle so he should not fold.

This is my high level assessment. This problem has a simple mathematics solution but I dont have time. Just put a range of hands on both players and examine EV.

Ah, the extra chips in the pot is swinging this to a call even if UTG has a pp (hopefully just not AA or KK). Thanks.
