Turn around time for Pokerstars Checks

Hi, I hope this is the right place to post this but I finally had no choice but to request a check from Stars and was wondering how long it took (for those of you that have received checks from them)for the check to actually arive in your mailbox?

The one time I did it, it arrived in my mailbox exactly one week after I requested the check.

just requested it and talked to a dude on the phone for other reasons he said about 1 week

I guess I'm the oddball on this. Here is a summary of my last 3 check withdrawal requests from PokerStars:

3.5 weeks ago -- still waiting
2.5 weeks ago -- received last week
1.5 weeks ago -- still waiting

The Payments department told me they will cancel the two outstanding checks and reissue them. Not sure why I shouldn't expect similar problems again though. I am assuming it is a problem with their new check processor, as I had very quick turnaround with Chexx.

I'm not worried about receiving the cashouts eventually, but the delays are quite frustrating.

I imagine it can differ based upon location. I'm in the central US and usually request checks on Sundays. Three times I received it on Wednesday, once on Thursday and once on Friday.

I always seem to get mine in about 3-4 days, but they sometimes take up to a week. The checks are drawn on a Wells Fargo account, (my bank,) so they also clear within a few hours for me.
