PayTru Troubles

Trying to load up my PayTru card. I just signed up yesterday, logged in, added my cc. When I try to load the card, it gives me an error message saying each field must be "most than undefined and less than undefined". However, everything appears to be filled in properly....

No response from support email, and the phone system just hangs up on me when I dial...

Maybe this system is not worth using? I've seen that its worked for others though...
