Quick Ruling Question
I was in a 10/20 limit game the other night. 3 players were in the hand, players A, B, and C. On the turn players A and B check to player C, who bets his last $5. Player A calls, player B attempts to raise. The table starts arguing over the rules.
No one thought that player B was allowed to raise, something player B accepted rather quickly. People wanted to know whether or not player B was allowed to only call, or if he had the option of completing a $20 bet. The floor ruled that he could complete, is this standard? |

Re: Quick Ruling Question
Yeah, I think it's gotta be half a bet or more before he can raise (not sure), and after any bet he can complete (pretty sure).

[/ QUOTE ] He can call the $5 or fold. He cannot complete the bet as he has already acted on this betting round (the $5 is action only, it is not a bet). |
