Re: New deposit options on Absolute
That's great but don't think you think your post would be better if you told us what the new option was, what you had to do to sign up, and what fees you had to pay?

Re: New deposit options on Absolute
I believe he is talking about a method actually called "Add Funds." Absolute added it in the second week of February.
From the article at this link: Original article "Additionally, Absolute has added another funding option that U.S. players can use, called Add-Funds. Add-Funds (http://www.add-funds.com) is actually a virtual pre-paid calling card, but the card can also be used for “eCash credits” at certain merchants, instead of phone minutes. This is how it is used at Absolute Poker. All it takes is a quick, free signup on the Add-Funds site, with no banking information required. After a credit card is entered and a few verification questions are answered, customers are e-mailed a PIN and identification number. Funds can then be added using a credit card, which Add-Funds says will work for U.S. customers. Customers can then turn around and transfer these funds to their Absolute Poker accounts via the Cashier in the Absolute software. Add-Funds does charge a 3% fee when funding the account, but there are no other fees at any time. Unfortunately, funds cannot be cashed back out to the Add-Funds account. Players will have to use a different method, namely a physical check, to receive their money from Absolute." |

Re: New deposit options on Absolute
dlk9s,
I believe this is something new since it works for *withdrawals*. There are no credit cards or phone cards involved. Absolute requests your bank info and then sends an e-check to your bank instead of sending you a paper check for withdrawal. Here's the link from the email: Add Funds Edit: I also seen no mention of any fees involved. It seems like a good option, plus faster than ePassPorte EFTs if it works as stated. Edit2: I see the OP used it for depositing so perhaps the deposit side works with phone cards. The new part is the withdrawals I believe. |

Did you just feel the need to spam us or are you really having to deposit so you can play your players? I'm very confused . I'm sure there are plenty of players that will not like the idea of AP employees playing there. |

Re: New deposit options on Absolute
I just saw this same method on Ultimate Bet as well...these payment options seem like great ways to get the fish back to the tables.
