I think it is $10 they give you when the server crashes.

Also, my transfer from Doyle's room showed up as a cash transfer as well.

I think you misunderstood. The "Cash Transfer" we are referring to is an option to deposit on FTP. But they don't have a link to a their website, nor do they tell you where the 100,000 convenient locations are.

Its moneygram transfer, basically Western Union. You take your cash to one of the locations, www.moneygram.com to look for locations near you. Full tilt will give you an account number and other numbers to use on the form. Fill out the form at the store, hand it to the clerk, they put it in the computer. Takes about 20-30 minutes for money to be in your account. The fee is $9.95, no matter how much you transfer.
