Default Calling all Canadians-WTF\'s up

Just got the email from neteller stating they were withdrawing from the canadian market. WTF, where did this come from? I heard very little about government intervention in the canadian market and now their is enough uncertainty that neteller is exiting. I mean neteller left the U.S after the LAW was PASSED. Anyway does anyone have any information on why this happened and future government involvment in Canada. I found these articles but am still confused

Default Deep meanings from Gaboonviper ....

Actually, I had my doubts until I was using the Men's Room at a highway rest stop and noticed a scratching above the urinal reading :

"For a good, deep %&*%$%#@#$, pm gaboonviper on 2+2".

The middle part was tough to read, but I figure it must have said something like "deep understanding of online poker, financial services and politics". Yep, that must have been what it said.
