I can't imagine either of them being 'bad'. Grindhouse may or may not live up to my expectations, but I would be shocked if it turned out to be a genuinely bad movie.
With that said, I predict Death Proof as a clear favorite. Trailer (Youtube)

Rodriquez has only made 2 good movies (though I didn't see "Spy Kids" or "Sharkboy & Lava Girl", so maybe I'm selling him short  . The odds here are clear.
